Notice of Adoption of Text Title 27, California Code of Regulations Amendment of Section 25705 Specific Regulatory Levels: No Significant Risk Levels: Imazalil
[04/25/12]

On March 26, 2012, the Office of Administrative Law approved amendments to Title 27, California Code of Regulations, section 25705(b)(1), that adopt 11 micrograms per day as the No Significant Risk Level for imazalil for purposes of Proposition 65.  The amendment is effective on April 25, 2012.  The amended regulatory text and the supporting rulemaking documents are available at the following links:
